The style of these paintings has many points in common with the decorations of Tahull and of the north of Lerida and Gerona.

During the works of restoration some pictorial remains of remarkable interest has been recovered at the church head. Also during the restoration a scroll perfectly preserved was found, dating the year of consecration of the church, 1134. The pictorial remains show partially a pantocrator, as well as a gentlemen's struggle painted below it, perhaps a fight between a Christian and a Muslim in allegory of the battle between good and evil.
