Regarding the religious enclosure, it is a small construction of late Romanesque style, consisted of a nave, covered by a pointed barrel vault reinforced with arches, and a semicircular apse.
In the XVIth century, this ashlar work was enlarged with two side chapels as a transept, a high choir to the church feet, an entrance portico and a bell tower of square plan and entry from the exterior.
The apse is canonically faced, constructed in ashlars laid on the rock.
Built against its south side, we see a chapel and the vestry. Another chapel was added to its north side. In the middle a double large window with a round arch has been recovered in the restoration.
It has been removed the altar adjacent to the apsidal cylinder, supporting the circular base of bare rock on which the original altar stood. Probably the original altar stone is the one used in the north side chapel.
